Applied Environmental is a Herndon, Virginia-based, woman-owned, small business providing professional environmental, industrial hygiene, and safety consulting services to private and government clients since 1986. We offer extensive hazardous materials management project experience, including hazardous material surveys (e.g., asbestos, lead paint polychlorinated biphenyl, and mercury), project design and specifications, abatement monitoring, and cost estimating. Our project monitoring experience includes project documentation and management of work performed by abatement contractors. 

We offer completed Indoor Air Quality evaluations, including proactive and reactive surveys, mold analysis, and remediation design.
